Training

At D&K Engineering the knowledge of our engineering and manufacturing staff  and our clients is crucial to the success of each project. For both D&K staff and clients, D&K Engineering provides the training necessary to meet the needs of each individual project.

D&K Engineering uses a variety of delivery mechanisms to meet its training objectives, including:

• Computer-based training
• Web-based
• Hands-on
  

Internally, D&K Engineering maintains a comprehensive training program for all product quality, calibration, manufacturing and other personnel who have a direct effect on the development and implementation of the products we create. This program includes a method of measuring the proficiency of personnel completing the training.

Training is a continual process required to maintain and enhance the skills of our staff. The training needs of our staff are continually assessed to determine requirements for additional training, especially when special skills are required in the manufacture, inspection and testing of products.

Externally, D&K Engineering provides comprehensive training to our clients as required in the implementation, use and maintenance of the products we create.
