Universal Keyfob

Client Need:

Client sought development partner who could design, prototype, commercialize and manufacture the world's first universal keyfob.

D&K Solution:

D&K worked with client to refine product specifications, develop conceptual designs, perform finite element analysis and consider the long term plans for high volume manufacturing of plastic and metal parts.

Results:

D&K successfully delivered a detailed and mature prototype design package, including the design for a universal key head for use in the product. D&K also mapped out the program plans for prototyping, initial manufacturing and full-scale manufacturing of product.
