Client Need:

Client needed to develop sophisticated electrical test system for product they were manufacturing. In addition to requiring very high data transfer rates as well as stringent gauge capabilities, client also wanted this test system to become a flexible platform able to test other products in the future.

D&K Solution:

D&K architected an entire platform to test current as well as future products. Cutting edge FPGA-based electrical engineering technology was implemented to provide a solution that was significantly cheaper and faster than existing testers.

Results:

New D&K tester cost only a fraction of the existing tester and was more than twice as fast. Final design met or exceeded all design objectives (speed, accuracy, precision, cost) and Client is currently utilizing this system world-wide.
