Client Need:
A test system was required to optimize and extend the life of critical components used in a Liquid Electophotography machine (digital printing press).
D&K Solution:
Operating within a heavy R&D environment (lots of unknowns and ambiguity), a multidisciplinary D&K team developed all electrical, mechanical and software systems to obtain precise position, dynamic and thermal control of system test parameters.
Results:
Despite the numerous unknowns at the beginning of the project and the inherent complexity of the problem, a solution was determined, designed, fabricated and successfully tested. Final deliverable met and exceeded all functional requirements.
