Client Need:
Client requested design, development and prototype manufacture of Electronic Card Shuffler as soon as possible to meet strategic marketing targets of opportunity ahead of potential competitors.
D&K Solution:
Developed a Product Development Specification to ensure agreed upon requirements for design, prototype and initial production efforts. Developed System Architecture to accurately describe the design solution proposed for prototype development.
Results:
Delivered turnkey solution that included development of an innovative, robust and cost effective architecture for the electronic card shuffler (with a patentable randomization scheme) along with functional prototypes. D&K plans to ramp full-scale manufacturing of product in Q2 2008.
