Client Need:

Client needed to quickly develop and manufacture a new Laser Sintering Rapid Prototyping machine to gain market share in rapidly emerging technology space.

D&K Solution:

Collaborated with Client and designed built, tested and shipped a new product utilizing a multidisciplinary team of 20+ engineers. Established the supply chain for over 1600 components and launched the product into production utilizing D&K's operations and manufacturing capabilities.

Results:

Designed, tested, built and shipped complex electromechanical product in 18 months - internally Client estimated it would have taken them four years. Client's product is regarded as a best-in-class and being well received in the market.
